About Me

For over eight years I have been calling Austin, Texas home.  I made my way here by way of the Northeast, South Florida and Southern California.  A writer of food, wine, cocktails, travel and well, all things fabulous, I publish www.fabulousdrinksaustin.com.  My work appears in the Austin American Statesman, Austin Monthly, Austin Woman, Citysearch Austin, JetBlue’s blog, Rare magazine and I have made TV appearances on our local NBC and Fox news affiliates.  When I am not traveling the globe experiencing great hotels, food and drink and writing about it, I can be found running on the trail, or at my happy place, Whole Foods Market.  Someday soon I would love to have my own travel show or at the very least, my own column – preferably in the New York Times.
