Teatinis

Blueberry White Teatinis

Create 8oz of tea concentrate:

steep 1/4 cup of Zhi Tea White Blueberry Tea in 8 oz of almost boiling water for 4 minutes

strain out leaves

add 1-2 tsp of raw sugar

chill

Fill shaker with ice

add 1.5 oz of Dripping Springs vodka

add 1 oz of tea concentrate

shake

sweeten rim of chilled martini glasses

skewer three ripe fresh blueberries on toothpicks

pour and serve


Texas Peach Zhi Teatinis

Create 8oz of tea concentrate:

steep 1/4 cup of Zhi Tea Ginger Peach Oolong Tea in 8 oz of almost boiling water for 4 minutes

strain out leaves

add 1-2 tsp of raw sugar

chill

Fill shaker with ice

add 1.5 oz of Dripping Springs vodka

add 1 oz of tea concentrate

1/2 oz of fresh peach juice

shake

sweeten rim of chilled martini glasses

skewer slice of peach on toothpicks

pour and serve

1 part Cranberry Juice
1 part Ginger Ale
Build over ice in highball glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Orange Juice

½ Deep Eddy Sweet Tea Vodka

LORENA’S DIVING HORSE 
2oz Deep Eddy Sweet Tea Vodka 
1oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup2 Basil Leaves
Combine, shake for 20 seconds, and strain over crushed ice into a tumbler glass
Garnish with spanked basil leaves
THE HIGH TEA
1½ oz Deep Eddy Sweet Tea Vodka
2 Blackberries
4 Mint Leaves
1 oz Simple Champagne Syrup
Muddle 2 blackberries and 4 mint leaves with ½ oz of champagne syrup
Add Deep Eddy Sweet Tea Vodka and shake
Strain into champagne flute and top off with champagne syrup
Garnish with a mint leaf or blackberry

THE ORIGINAL MARGARITA

The Margarita is a classic and very famous cocktail always served in an original glass! It is a very refreshing cocktail, with a perfect balance of sweet and sour taste! Cointreau is a key ingredient  in this recipe, using anything else is simply "not worth its salt"…

RECIPE:

Pour into a shaker with ice:
-    1 oz. Cointreau
-    2 oz. Tequila
-    3/4 oz. Fresh lime juice

Strain into a salt rimmed Margarita glass

TRICK:




Replenishment Smoothie Recipe
1 cup mixed berries
1 ripe banana
1 scoop protein powder
1 ZICO Natural
Mix all ingredients together in a blender using fresh or frozen fruit. Yields approximately 16 oz.
Instead of yogurt, use coconut water as the base for a more hydrating smoothie.  ZICO has more potassium than a banana and contains five essential electrolytes.  Adding protein powder makes this smoothie the ideal nutritional snack


















ZICO Mangotini
3 oz ZICO Mango
2 oz vodka
Twist of lemon
Add ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.  Shake, strain and garnish into a chilled martini glass.


























ZICO-JITO
3 oz ZICO Natural
10 mint leaves
1.5 oz. rum
Juice of 1 lime
Crush mint leaves in a tall cool glass.  Squeeze lime juice into bottom of glass.  Fill with ice and ZICO Natural.  Garnish with mint.





















ZICO Citrus Cooler
3 oz. ZICO Passion Fruit
Squeeze of lime
Squeeze of orange
Pour ZICO into a tall glass over ice.  Add lime juice and orange slice.  Stir.















































Scorpion at Annies 

This nostalgic  drink is a throwback to owner Love Lance’s college days when she  spent many an evening  at the then hip Trader Vics’ bar enjoying this powerful rum delight.  Traditionally the scorpion is a drink to share with friends. It is served in a huge tiki bowl with 2 or 4 long straws.  Annies has vintage scorpion bowls and also offers this mighty frozen drink served individually.
6 ounces fresh orange juice
4 ounces lime juice
6 ounces light rum
1 ounce brandy
Blend with crushed ice.  Garnish with orchid. Serve in Tiki glass or Scorpion Bowl.
